1. ท่านต้องได้รับการตรวจหาเชื้อ ATK หรือ RT-PCR ที่ได้รับการรับรองจากแพทย์ (แสดงใบรับรองแพทย์ ก่อนเข้าพักเป็นเวลาทั้งหมด 72 ชั่วโมง)
2. ได้รับการฉีดวัคซีน ดังนี้
2.1 ได้รับการฉีด AstraZeneca 1 เข็ม 14 วันก่อนเข้าพัก
2.2 ได้รับการฉีด Sinovac หรือ Sinopharm แล้ว 2 เข็ม
***จากข้อ 1 และ 2 ท่านสามารถเลือกได้ข้อใดข้อหนึ่ง
ลูกค้าทุกท่านจำเป็นต้องแจ้งใบยืนยันการตรวจหาเชื้อหรือหลักฐาน ATK ให้เราทราบภายใน 3 วันก่อนวันเข้าพัก และหรือ โชว์หลักฐานการได้รับวัคซีนครบตามกำหนดด้านบนนี้
หมายเหตุ :
- ท่านจะต้องแจ้งชื่อ ผู้เข้าพักทุกท่าน กับทางที่พักโดยตรง
- หากมีบุคคลใดบุคคลหนึ่งในกลุ่มของท่านได้รับเชื้อโควิด-19 ก่อนวันเดินทาง 20 วัน ท่านจำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้เราทราบพร้อมหลักฐานการติดเชื้อ และต้องทำการยกเลิกการจองทันที ท่านจะได้รับเงินมัดจำคืน 100%
-หากท่านไม่สะดวกเข้าพักในวันดังกล่าว ท่านสามารถเลื่อนการจองออกไปได้โดยไม่มีกำหนด แต่ต้องแจ้งให้เราทราบภายใน 20 วันก่อนวันเข้าพัก (ไม่มีค่าเลื่อนการจองค่ะ)
